Friday Night Fights rings in 2019 with barn burner of a match featuring two of North America’s top light weights: Travis Clay vs Eric Luna. Clay, who hails from Phoenix, Arizona makes his second appearance on Friday Night Fights after a break out performance against Ognjen Topic in March of last year. Clay lost a close decision and has been eager to get another shot at the big apple! Luna, from San Jose, California, who is well known among New York’s fight fans, marked his return to New York in November after a nearly 4 year hiatus from the promotion. Both fighters are respected for their technical ability as well as their willingness to fight and when the bell rings, neither will be difficult for their opponent to find.In the Co-Main Event, Geoffrey Then and Brima Kamara will meet at 140lbs for what those familiar with both fighters expect will be an all out war. Both of these fighters are known for embracing the opportunity to exchange in the center of the ring so fans can expect fireworks when these two clash.

The Feature Bout presents none other than New York’s own Shawn Ellis against Toronto’s Amin Amelik. Both of these athletes have had stellar amateur careers with neither looking for an easy start to their professional careers by agreeing to fight one another.
